No. It was on church grounds. The big one no doubt planted many years ago. I can look around the white one to see if there's a tag.

Here is a photo of the pink bush flowers. Some are solid pink, some pink and white. Maybe they change as they age. Lovely flowers. Bush is next to outside seating for church services. Cant beat that for church flowers!

I planted a 3-gallon Shishi Gashira last spring and she looked great until a hungry deer and a snowy winter had their way with her. The snow just melted, and I found one surviving blossom!

I will be putting up chicken wire or something for deer protection asap. Fingers crossed she recovers this year. Here's a picture - between the deer and the cold, she lost a lot of leaves. 😔

I lost a lot of foliage too with the cold weather that hit here in February. I prep'ed the camellias with lots of mulch and deeply watered but the temps had been quite warm and everything (roses, azaleas were starting to open some blooms). Hope they all make it because many look dismal right now.

Bion....good luck with that little sprig. We don't have deer; must be so annoying.
