I'm looking for opinions on a quote for a Trane XR15 heat pump and Tem4 Air Handler. This is for a 1600 Square Foot manufactured home. The quote includes adding a couple of ducts and registers in a currently unheated/cooled 200 square foot addition. This is to replace a current standalone central AC unit and electric forced air furnace:

It's $7900 all in. We live in a small town, so there are only a couple of local choices for contractors, and this particular one only installs Trane equipment. We're in eastern Washington and have several 100 days in the summer, and then temp lows averaging in the 20's in the winter time.

The dealer didn't recommend a higher end Trane because of the cost and because he was doubtful the home would pass the tests the county PUD requires to get a rebate. Electricity here is almost the cheapest in the nation, so thankfully that's not a huge concern (less than 3 cents/KWH).
