Security Package w/ Builder

I am deciding between the two packages, but I am leaning towards option B for security. I am also considering swapping out SkyBell for Ring because I like that I am able to view video feed from my Alexa Show. However, the builder will only install Skybell with the builder package and charges extra for Ring. I already had a Skybell at my previous home and never had any issues. I liked it so much that I uninstalled it at the old house to use in the new home. I would also be able to use my old SkyBell and get an extra Skybell for the garage doorbell for free with the package deal. Ring would not be compatible with the Honeywell app, but would be more useful with Alexa. Ring also charges a monthly fee for cloud storage. The Skybell integrates with the Honeywell app and would be on the same app as my security cameras. Should I just stay with Skybell or convert over to Ring?

I never used control4 and I hear it is pretty pricey, but would be interested to hear what you guys think.
