MSI quartz. Availability and quality?

I am going to the MSI warehouse soon but...I was in a kitchen design center today and the guy tells me he quit carrying MSI because the time to get slabs was terrible. Then he said his fabricators said their quartz was a lot of fill (like powder). I LOVE their colors...has anyone had difficulty with MSI counters? How do you like them?

I almost got my granite there (tagged and ready to go but last minute switch on my part - nothing to do with them), my SIL got her granite from MSI and had zero problems with delivery of the slab to the fabricator. No experience with their quartz, though.

I know there are some very anti-MSI people on this forum but I don’t recall exactly why. My daughter had MSI quartz installed in her bathroom 3 years ago and in her kitchen 2 years ago. She has had no issues with either. with 3 young kids, her kitchen counters get lots of use.

Here is a picture of her counters ( they are actually darker in real life than the pic.

I have MSI in my bar area and all of my bathrooms and it’s perfectly fine. Go to the showroom, it’s pretty awesome, they have so much.
