Home Decorating Paint Gym

home gym paint color?

Hello! I have a spare room in my house that I’ve decided to turn into a small home gym. It will have a Pilates machine and stationary bike, so small, but with lots of natural light.

Any recommendations for paint colors? Having a hard time deciding here! Was thinking a bright blue or similar color will bring energy to the room, but trying to find something that is still ok for a small room.

I tried green, even pink, then ended up going with a neutral off-white like most of my house. But the biggest impact was the mural! It kind of pulled everything together ....

That’s fun Poky! They have so many peel and stick wallpapers, you can do an accent wall with something that inspires you to workout! Maybe a pizza wall! (Just kidding, sorta) 😂

Energetic colors mean different things to different people. We went with a brilliantly bright orange on one wall of our home gym. I'm ordinarily not a fan of accent walls, but for this application it works great. That pop of happy, exuberant color peps me up and really seems to make my workout time more pleasant.
