Hi all, our new condo is open to kitchen with light maple cabinets and granite countertops and living room with fireplace. The natural light comes from the West through three patio doors. No natural light in small kitchen. Professional recommended Pearl Gray for kitchen living room. I think our chartreuse chair and pink, black, chartreuse chair and purple couch may look odd with the gray-green-blue of Pearl Gray. I think maybe the Pearl Gray for our bedroom off the living room—

so am asking for feedback help on a cream or tan -picking up on those shades from furniture and our Santa Fe art and that I look at that and don’t feel blah to me. The challenge for me has been feeling like me in this space. I don’t care that gray green is on trend. I originally wanted yellow veranda in kitchen and chartreuse in living room then tried Alexandrite and grenadine in kitchen. Ugh. So frustrated. But the Pearl Gray seems lovely and sophisticated I just don’t like it with our furniture and we don’t have funds to do much but paint. (Plus realized after we purchased that we should have asked to remove the giant black bookcase so we are stuck with that.)

any thoughts? I have gotten great feedback on the gray then followed that advice snd it made me feel like going to get my hair highlighted and knowing it was the wrong blonde but having no skills to fix it! But not feeling like myself in the mirror.

would SW Navajo White, Colonel Revival Tan, Maison Blanche, Pueblo ? Maybe too pink?, Fresco or Urban Putty be better than the gray green blue of Pearl Mist? For the kitchen and living room walls. The living room will have our TV and there’s a fireplace. Patio doors face West.

Feel blah with Pearl Gray and grays but the yellow verandas seemed not right then thought accent wall of grenadine or alexandrite but it would look stripes in small space with bright colors and few cabinets in small space.

I don’t like the Pearl Gray greenish blue with chartreuse chair

We have a very active dog and he’s been super helpful with being my emotional companion during multiple trips for paint samples jazz coral, red rose, grenadine, Pearl gray —!!
