    I have a 1957 ranch with a bathroom that has tile in this color. You would have to be very careful with something this dark as it can be overwhelming. Make sure there is a good source of light or you will feel like you're in a cave.

    Good to know! Actually, I am looking for tile for my fireplace that has more of an antique/vintage feel! You may be right about it feeing too dark!
