how long have you had it.. how do you water... when ... what kind of light ... etc ...

did you repot it... etc.. etc.. etc ...

losing a couple leves is not a death sentence ...

I bought it a month or so ago and watered it for the first time 2 days ago as i have a habit or over watering plants. I also repotted it about 1/2 weeks ago

New plants often shock a bit, and it's entirely possible that leaf came a little damaged and is just showing that damage now. A bit of a whack during transport, a little unhappiness in its new home, a little adjustment, or a bit of abrasion during repotting a few days ago. All of those can cause loss of a few leaves.

You said "some," and the base stems of the rest of the plant look pretty healthy, so it doesn't seem like this is a widespread problem? So at the moment, I'd be inclined to not worry about it unless it's continuing--those leaves you shown don't look infected, diseased, or to have insect problems from what I can see (and nobody else has chimed in).

Monstera are not particularly difficult plants, like a nice, heavy soil, aren't picky about watering, and yours should be getting ready to go into spring growth in a month or so. Give it good, bright indirect light (they don't care for much direct sunlight, but a little eastern window exposure won't hurt it and they can slowly be adjusted to higher levels of light if absolutely required--but I don't recommend that).

They like moss poles to climb on, too, and look great on them, but also look wonderful if you just twine air roots back into the soil and twist growth around in a circle, or let it get leggy.

Feed them lightly, monthly or so with any good plant food. Miracle Gro or DynaGro are both perfect.
