My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's 6,500 sq. ft. Much bigger than I imagined.

      This is a Michael Pettes design posted on his web-site: mpettes.com - click the Oakville link and this house appears. I don't believe the floorplan is posted online. It's lovely, isn't it?

      Not sure where it is located but I emailed them and they swiftly emailed back the first floor floor plan. 6500 sq ft. Four bedrooms, two living, six car garage! All bedrooms up stairs.
