I have 2003 bolens 13an683g163 and im having this issue where under load (hills, plowing snow, pulling something, and lately if i let off the so called clutch too fast) the rear 2nd drive belt slips off the tranny pulley, and the belts are new within a year, same with both pulleys, and i got the belts off of amazon that say they are a genuine mtd belt. The only thing i notice is the variable speed pulley is at a bit of an angle down towards the tranny pulley (maybe pulling it off?) But i looked up a diagram of the everything and its all right, i thought maybe a shoulder spacer was wrong. Any help please!
