Range hood for slanted A-frame wall

When we renovated our kitchen, we installed a retro fan on the wall. It’s terrible—lets in too much air and doesn’t pull air out well.
We want to replace it with a range hood, but the slanted wall is a challenge. I would appreciate any examples or suggestions!
The angle is 45 deg. and the steel plate is to meet fire codes.
