We are about to start building our home. I like the pendant pictured below and am thinking about buying two to put above our kitchen island. The reviews say the pendant is a kind of a silvery gold color. Our cabinets will be white.

My questions are:
what finish of hardware would I use for the cabinets?
Would my other light fixtures in the adjoining dining room and foyer need to be similar in finish?
