Cool sideboard! Your artwork is hung too high. The bottom of frames should be 8-10 inches above sideboard. I also think the coffee table being so close doesn’t work. Something like this might be better. Or something in that same ash wood tone.

I think one bigger picture would work better. A plant would be nice, if the area gets enough light.

Hi Cathy, I would definitely add a plant and maybe a tall vase with flowers (faux or fresh). You can never go wrong with some cool coffee table books either. The existing artwork is hung a bit too high, but you can easily fix that :)

You could start a gallery wall with a round mirror in the center and various size and shape framed photos. Google gallery wall for inspiration.

What about 10 - 12" something on each side of the player?
