Where are you growing this? What area of the world? Inside or outdoors?

It appears to be mites. The color of the leaves suggest strong sunlight. Probably purple Phal.

How long have you been growing it? Culture...sun, water, fertilizer.

Its hard to help without some background and culture on the plant.

It's new. I just got it and it got cold in shipping. It's not purple phal - it's Sogo Diamont. But I think all changed because of being very cold with wet roots in moss.

You are probably right. Looks like it has spikes (flowers). If so, keep it warm, let the moss dry until its slightly damp before watering. I wouldn't repot until it finishes flowering. Put in a bright (not full sun) window.

Since I don't know where you are growing this plant nor if you are in a cold climate, I would keep it indoors and warm. The leaf should survive.

Thanks! Yes, it's indoor. I cut the flower spike off already. I am worry about the spots.

If the spikes are off, repot the plant now. Depending on where you live, Spring is coming and this is the time to repot. Buy some small bark and a bag of sphagnum moss. Place in a clay pot, not much bigger than it is in now. Water well, let it drain and you should be good to go.

Soak the bark pieces for a few hours or overnight before repotting.

Do about a 50/50 mix of sphag and small bark. I am assuming you live in a cold climate and grow indoors which is dry and lacks humidity during winter months.

Do not overwater, fertilize every watering with a basic fertilizer and let it grow over summer. If you can put it outside over late spring/summer all the better.

I would not worry about those marks, I think the plant will be fine. Could just be some scaring from the past. You are looking for new roots and new leaves. Phals like warm temps and if you can't put it outside, put it in a warm window not direct sun.
