What do you mean when you say, "water feature is not straight" ?

It’s at an angle instead of parallel to the house. The back of the pool should be straight like the design. This is the best pic I could get last night. It’s not in a straight line.

Also the water feature is supposed to be centered in the back wall. They have it centered with the spa which is not correct. The spa is designed off center and a little to the left. They aren’t supposed to be lined up like they incorrectly formed it.

The only resolution I see, is to remove a portion of the wall where the water feature is presently located, expose the rebar, re-form it, correct the rebar and re-shoot that section to reflect the original plan.

I appreciate your advice more than you know! We have contacted the pool company AND the financing company about the errors. Awaiting a response on how they plan to correct it. To some it may seem a drastic step to contact financing but we want to be assured no further construction occurs until this issue is resolved. I contacted the pool company yesterday and their response was it will be corrected with the coping and tile. I don’t want a cosmetic correction, I want the pool corrected to the way it is supposed to be. Too much money goes into a pool to just say ok, correct it cosmetically.

I see no issue contacting the finance company.

There's no correcting that with tile and coping. That's a giant oversight.

I agree, and I'm a PB, swimming pools can be expensive and you should be getting what you were promised.
