Red Eden vs. Florentina Climbing Rose

Which will be the better red climber for me? I love romantic looking roses with full round globular shaped blooms, so when I saw pics of Red Eden and Florentina, I knew I just had to have one in my garden.

I just don’t have room for both... so which will be the better rose for me?
Which one will be the more prolific bloomer? I want lots of blooms, that last a long time on the plant. I would love it to be continuous blooming from spring to fall. Which will be quicker to establish and start blooming?

I’m very particular about the color. It needs to stay a deep red with cool blue/purple tones... (no warm orange tones). I have a cool color palate of pink roses, white roses, creamy blush roses and magenta pink roses, as well as purple and blue perennials. It needs to Not fade or burn in the hot dry Southern California sun.

Please share your experience with growing either of these roses and the conditions you grow it in.

My Growing Conditions: I live in Coastal Southern California, Zone 10b. Summers are hot and dry and winters are very mild, we never get freezing temps here. We get afternoon winds from the coast and dry desert winds Several times throughout the year. Will be grown in all day, full sun conditions.
