HVAC fan comes on in Auto when system is off

I just bought a house that has a 4 year old Trane system with Honeywell thermostat. The fan comes on at intervals when in Auto fan and system is off. I can get it to turn off, if I go to fan Circulate and then back to fan Auto. Stays off for awhile and then starts coming back on when in fan Auto and system off.

I have 2 different touchscreens (same type) and have switched them, no help.

It may be tied to a fresh air intake vent.

They did this introduce fresh air into tightly built homes. Trying to undo this, may wind up making you sick. See "sick building syndrome" SBS.
