Design Dilemma Kitchens

undermount sinks to deep :(

seems there is not enough space under my sink for 8-9" undermount sink. Plumber said the way pipes/house built it won't work. Currently this kitchen has a regular sink which is apparently about 4-5' deep and is fine. Had finally decided on getting quartz counter top with undermount (single) sink but now disappointed as the undermount is too deep. What to do?

Nonsense. The sink isn't too deep. Get a shallower disposal please. There are other work arounds too.

What size base cabinet do you have? I just installed a retro fit stainless steel apron sink, the front apron is 6.5 inches deep, and required no cabinet door modification what so ever. the overall length was 35 7/8, it fit like a glove and was absolutely perfect. Yes it required me to re do the plumbing from the stub out to the sink, but I see no reason it cannot be done.
