cabinet pull hardware

I want to make custom cabinet handles with the walnut dowels I have. however I could not find the hardware that connects the dowel to cabinet (specified brass piece in the attached photo). I looked at hardware store and online. all I found was larger hardware for railing for 1-2" diamter tubes. not for 1/2-3/4 dowels.
can you tell me where I can get these? any keyword to search or online store link?
