Raphiolepis indica, Indian hawthorn

@gardengal48 The leaf growth for your plant on Google does look a bit like a Photinia. Are there any similarities?

How robust is Raphiolepis indica? As you know Photinia get diseases on the West Coast and are far from being a vigorous plant in many locations.

Raphiolepis has its own issues :-) It can get a very disfiguring leaf spot, powdery mildew, fireblight and is prone to root rots.

It is only distantly related to photinia, being in the same plant family, Rosaceae
