Buyer be ware! There are many hidden costs with they IKEA cabinets. IKEA likes to draw you in by the cost of the first impression. Be sure to get a full quote to get a real idea of the total cost, which can be miss leading.
In the larger picture for the short term they OK but i always tell people they are a 5 year kitchen until things start degrading, if you actually use your kitchen. If you are considering installing them your self there is a large learning curve to putting together the big picture, although they do offer installations services. I would keep looking and get something made in the USA!

Thanks, Andrew. I thought as much. We've used some of their storage systems and the quality has been less than stellar. We'll check with a local guy and double check at Lowes/Home Depot, too.
(looking for a low cost kitchen remodel isn't easy).
