If it's a clipping does that mean it doesn't have roots?

I had the cutting in water for a few weeks so a good inch of root growth before potting.

does that pot have a drain hole ...

is it constantly watered by that tube ...

if it has roots why is it in that cabinet???

its probably time to put it in a pot appropriate to future growth ... and get it acclimated to not being in the cabinet ...

its a plant .. not a baby.. its time to get it out of the nursery .... on some level.. you might be trying to love it to death ..

but if you just stressed it by potting into this pot.. let it settle down .. before you repot or start the hardening off process .. one stress at a time ..

When that kind of plant ready to grow new shoot as a future plant, old big leaves that were part of the mother plant, will gradually abandoned, replaced by much smaller leaves from new stem. Cutting that doesn't have growing tip will start small even if it planted as big stem with huge leaves. Later if the environment suitable for it to grow well, then the stem and leaves size gradually increase back to it's normal size.
