Hi! We bought our house with these plants already in place, and they have been excellent for over a decade...until the Texas snow! The leaves died, so we sheared the bushes. Now we just have sticks, as they have not revived...yet. I’m not sure they will, although if I scratch there is some green.

They are green in the summer, and have small white flowers at one time if the year. These photos are during fall/winter. I’d like to ID this so we can get new ones. Thanks!
