A typical designer thing ,second guessing IMO is never good and a used range is a used range no matter how old. I would be curious why this does not work in the new plan. I have found my first instinct is always best in my own home and in clients homes.

My present range is broken and I am having trouble finding another. Lacanche will provide new panels for the range in any color. My Changy was quoted at around $2000 to change the color. I think you should talk to Lacanche service reps before selling.

I think the black looks better than a SS would! It's stunning w/the white. keep it.

In the meantime, there's one in FL for sale on craigslist. It's blue, so I don't think that it would work for me but I contacted her and it's still available.
