Yes, current PT wood is perfectly safe to use. Even the old CCA treated lumber (now banned) was relatively safe to use in raised beds as what it leached into the soil was minimal. The biggest concern was coming in actual physical contact with the wood, especially with kids or pets, or dealing with any sawdust created from construction.

If you still have concerns, just select an untreated rot resistant lumber - red cedar, redwood, etc. - and apply an environmentally safe sealer to all surfaces before filling
