What is this plant?

Hi all,

A few months back I purchased what is essentially a propagation station (but sold as a decorative water plant thing) that came with a plant cutting growing in it. Fast forward to now I have planted it in soil as its grown good roots but I'm not sure what plant it is.

I'm think its a rubber plant but not sure if its a ficus elastica or a Peperomia obtusifolia (leaning towards the latter) or something else entirely! I've attached photos of it and also of one still in water.
