Dramm watering wands are excellent quality and should be available just about anywhere. In fact. Dramm has an entire product line of irrigation tools, including timers, and they are all very high quality. Dramm wands are what are used at my local nursery and they get a big workout but hold up to abuse well :-))

I received one of these for my birthday. I think my sister purchased it at Costco but also available through Amazon and Lee Valley carries a very similar product. btw, although it doesn't show in the photo, this is fully collapsible and works equally well at ground level.

I just ordered a $55 one from Amazon - better be good for that price! I highly doubt my nurseries carry that $$ one. Regarding the kneeler - also $$ $45. I will only use it for kneeling, I wonder if there is one that is just for kneeling. Thanks for your ideas as always!

I picked one up at my nursery yesterday but it's too heavy to hold comfortably so I'm going to return it. I was very spoiled about 20 years ago when I had several of the same wand that was lightweight and a breeze to use. Of course they are no longer made.

I made the mistake ordering one from Amazon but it was being sold by someone else. When I requested to cancel the order after a few hours, I got a message from the seller that there would be a charge. I'll be sure not to buy from anyone other than Amazon going forward.

So I'm back to square one and may just do as I've been doing, use a nice gentle spray nozzle and no wand.

I know what you mean. I too am tired of spending money on things that are uncomfortable or break very quickly. So now I always read or look at reviews on the Internet for products that interest me. Recently I found a very good website where each tool is described. I think I will choose best garden tools for me and then I can recommend it to you.
