Spring in the south

Daffodils are long gone-with early heat they kinda “flash bloomed” all at the same time this year. Here are some things going on now.

Very pretty! My daffodils didn't last long this year either. But it was freezes that got them, not the heat. The butterflies are out here earlier than I can ever recall. My first iris opened today.

Lilykate , May I ask what is the orange blooming plant ? Love the color ! and looks somewhat like a rose but obvously isn't . Here the daffs are in glorious full bloom and should stick around for a bit with our cooler temps

Beautiful! Our dianthus is just starting here and we haven't seen any iris yet, but I did notice that one has buds.

Heather, actually it is a rose-a miniature rose. It is another rescue plant and is in a planter. Those blooms are approximately 2 inches. I am glad your daffodils are putting on a show! You should show them! Mine went by much too fast.
