Better?

Edit: the garage doors actually have some nice trim around them that I think would look better in a trim color than body color. My painter is probably going to want to know the door color before he’s done with the rest of the house so I’ll have to pick something.

How about painting your front door the same grey as your shutters?

The white for the garage is also fine btw. And if your nervous to go black you can wait on that part.
