All are too broad growing to be only 6 ft. from the fence. With another yard on the other side (if it was instead undeveloped land behind then different story).

Four feet from the fence to give you room to get around them for pruning. Ten feet apart so the canopies merge to screen the house next door. Fifteen feet if you have more patience.

What happens to the branches that hang over the fence depends on the quality of the neighbor. Good chance they will like some screening since it looks like they have nothing on their side.

IMO no way to fit all of those in that space . BTW plants do care how far apart they are for optimum growth and health.

Those three trees will fit in there just fine for the first 25 years if not longer.
