Grease Spots on Caesarstone Backsplash

Hi! I cooked tonight and now I see a whole bunch of grease spots on my Caesarstone backsplash. Oops. How do I get rid of them? I tried dishwashing soap and water, alcohol and water - and I, like many others, am confused by what's actually OK to use with the quartz.
Hoping Joe will come through for me. :) Just visited 4 stores in search of Soft Scrub with Bleach Gel (green bottle) with no success.
