You haven't gotten a reply yet. I can tell you that mine in the ground have sprouted and are about 2" high. Actually, I moved one which was in a bad place, and it seems to be doing ok. Sounds like yours are not in the best potting mix. My 2 cents is that you should repot ASAP using a quality potting mix from the nursery or big box store. If it has filled the pot with bulbs, you could start a second pot. You use pots with holes, I'm sure.

My tuberose is also starting to sprout. If you wish repot, best to do it as soon as possible so as not to disturb any roots.. Other than that I won’t try to give any advice because I can’t get my tuberose to bloom!

Socalgal, are yours in full sun? Mine in full sun bloom every year. No special care except they are sandwiched in among roses so they might get some fertilizing exposure. Maybe try some high bloom fertilizer. They spread easily, too easily.
