can this pool house be closed off on all sides...not just barn door?

We are building a 22 x 20 covered patio by our pool. We are trying to solve wind issues with solar screens and a pony wall between the support columns and house. Does anyone have a better idea? Also, we will have heaters on the ceiling so no room for garage door style enclosure.

This is a beautiful design and we are thinking about building something very similar but enclosing the pool house as a cottage for visitors (kitchenette combination family room/bedroom/bath/ utility), also giving us an alternate housing option for when we are older should we not be able to get around easily in our tri-level home. We could build this for about the same cost of putting in an elevator in our current home and retrofitting it for easier access to all levels. (a recent broken knee cap has made me see the light)! This pool/building is perfect for the young and one day older (I hope) couple! It would make a lovely addition to our home. We live in a rural setting without close neighbors and I am seriously thinking about putting this on the front side of our home matching it exactly with our existing home’s brick & siding. I absolutely love the design!
