    This was a renovation project so before the sunroom ceiling was drywalled we reinforced the ceiling with wood joists to bear the weight. if you wanted to hang swings indoors you would need to access the ceiling and do the same.

    thank you. I have sunroom where i would like to design something like this. wanted to do something different than usual sitting. Also can a person swing on it daily?

    Yes these are used everyday and can handle 2 to 3 adults!
