Weed Identification Needed

Below is a photo of some sort of weed in bloom in my neighbor's yard. It looks rather droopy, because my neighbor sprayed it. At any rate, this type of weed is all over town. Does anyone know what it is?

    Looks like Ornithogalum umbellatum, aka Star of Bethlehem. Difficult to get rid of, as you have to dig out every tiny bulblet.
