None of the above. I don't think the large tiles on a diagonal are right for the space. If that's what you want to use, they should be all the lightest cream color, but I think you can find something better.

I like monochromatic, my choice would be the second beige tile.

Your cabinets are really nice, absolutely no need to change them. At some point, you can think about changing the counter, but Just as a refresh.

Looks good. I like the black and white, but also 2 and 4 since they are a bit softer.

You can keep it simple and light, go darker like your countertops, or even add pattern and color. If you want the checkerboard I think the squares need to be much smaller.
