Your picture is blurry, but I can read the lower setting of 2700 which is a warmer white. If the top number is 6500 that is blindingly white!

That is correct my question was is changing the setting the same as using the dimmer? Is the dimmer making light warmer of only darker! And yes right now I think it’s either at 5000 or maybe even 6500, which is like in the OR room when I turn the dimmer all the way up:). What setting would give me the white light but without yellow in it? 2700 is lowest would probably be the yellow, correct?

I use 3500K bulbs in my kitchen and 2700K (warm) in my living room. The photo you posted is too blurry to see the options, but I'd try 3500K and, if that weren't available, 4000K (cool).

They are color selectable 2700K-6500K and the package has a cheat sheet on which number for which color - 2700K is warm "yellow"; ranging with set presets to 6500K at cool "blue." You move the switch on the transformer prior to installing them. To change later, you have to just pull out the lamp/trim and flip the switch to a different color temp.

The dimmer adjusts the lumens of the fixture. These are 850 lumens, or equivalent to the 65Watt lights you just removed. This affects the "brightness" you will see. Make sure your dimmer is compatible with the LED fixtures.
