I typically only plant Arils and Arilbred iris, but somehow this one must have snuck in mis-labeled. It's at least two weeks too late to bloom with my arils and is blooming along with TB in the neighborhood. I almost think I recognize some species markings in the bloom, but then I come up a blank. Foliage is basically consistent with TB, so the best answer may be on the of the millions of TB, but it bugs me..so I ask.

Any likely insight would be appreciated if you have some. The weather is hot and windy, so the bloom is less than perfect and probably won't get any better. If the next to bloom is better, I'll add it to the thread in a day or two.
