Hello!
We are moving into a new home and plan on finishing the basement. The plan is for it to be sort of a man cave for my husband. I am including the unfinished plot plan with some measurements. The bathroom will stay where it is (rough-in plumbing is already installed).

I am looking for some ideas for the 'Activity Center' to incorporate a living room area with a large TV, a bar (perhaps with some cabinetry with a small sink and mini-fridge). I'm not sure if a pool table fits, considering the width of the area, but that would be a plus.
Looking for ideas on how to make these ideas fit together.
