Reminds me of canna lily...

Looks like it's just unfurling, but I'm thinking Hosta.

I would say Hosta, too:

imo it is not a hosta.. and ive grown a few over the years .. lol ..

the brown sheathes dont look right for hosta ...

wish we knew where the pic was from ...

i do like the random tulips hovering around the whole bed ... very whimsical ...

I would say not much doubt about it being a hosta. And I've grown a few over the years myself :-) In fact, I have a couple of containerized ones that right now look almost identical to the photo.

My first thought was hosta but some of the leaf edges almost look to be serrated.
