Keep cleaning; I'd send those hack concrete contractors the bill. That should have all been cut wet with no dust and employee endangerment.

Airborne silica dust is a health risk for those in the industry exposed on a regular basis, but at this point it sounds like everything has settled. Like Joseph said, keep cleaning and try not to stir it up into clouds.

That’s some nasty crap to have in your air. This happened to me a few years back, and my lungs have never seemed to quite recover. But I do have lifelong asthma and severe allergies. So who knows? And as Ripped says, it is settled now. Clean with the very best vacuum you can get. Although I don’t *love* Rainbow canister vacs, I sure wished I’d had one of those bulky monsters when it happens to me. And I do hope you’ve changed all your HVAC filters. Change them with ruthless regularity. It should be okay.
