I think I need to have more info as to what you want from the space .All that clutter in the 1 st pic would be my first thing to tackle and honestly the wood issue needs to be addressed so maybe some way of getting the wood to the stove neatly is something to attend to.

The clutter is from that workshop room. We’ve cleaned it out and painted floor so waiting for it to dry before
“ clutter” goes back in there. Wood will go into that room .Wood is an issue until May when fires stop. It’s a big 2 storey in the country so wood fires have been a help with warmth.
I just want a clean fresh look. It’s his man cave. Grandkids play in back half when they come home

A reddish tan would go with the flooring. Do you plan to paint the acoustic tile ceiling?

We have painted tile in past. Not now. Just fresh paint and trim for resell.
I think brick fireplace area has a pinkish tone. I’m leaning towards a tanish colour.
Agreeable grey was suggested but whole mail floor is hidden cove grey

By the way, applying two coats of white primer over the existing green before choosing a wall color will get rid of green reflections on sample paint.

Sherwin Williams Macadamia. We have it in basement rec room with low light and it is very pretty. A warm color will look great with your tile.

I'd suggest you paint it all in white, add area rug/s in jute. Stage using existing furniture.

I would suggest dunnedwards rice bowl it’s light and warm with a hint of Yellow and would brighten up the floor

All Benjamin Moore. You have two different tones (floor and brick) Chose the one which combines them together and would not fight with them. It's definitely not Hidden Cove ( if it's BM)&

Thank you for showing the actual pieces of floor and brick with the colour. I see 2 colours different colours, pink tones and rust tones so tricky to get a wall colour to blend . I have a problem seeing undertones as well.
Revere Pewter and Edgecomb grey were also suggested.

Lighting? Hard to tell what type of lighting you have but replacing old flourescents with new LED strip type lighting will amp up the light a lot.
