Murphy Oil soap to clean. You can try a stain pen to minimize the visibilty of the scratch.

Soap and water to clean , sandpaper to refresh.

I suggest to google Howard’s products to restore wood. I plan to use this product on my oak kitchen table. Best of luck in your restoration.

Some if not all doors and trim look like those found in trailer houses which isn't real wood and/or not finished with same products as normally used on wood furniture and trim. At any rate,if Howards yield's a long term solution it's done something Formby's which is a proven product couldn't. The first picture in particular look's like nothing short of some sanding and new clear coat will rescue. Some after pics might convert me to a fan of Howards or whatever works.

I would not use Murphy's. I know it is death on hardwood floors; if you ever want to refinish them it prevents the finish from adhering. I would guess the same is true for woodwork and cabinets.

I have pretty good luck with this as a temporary fix. It really does reduce the appearance of scratches, but eventually you need to re-use it. But it's fast and not messy.

For specific scratches, you can also use nuts or nut oil. Snap a walnut or pecan meat in half and use the cut edge to rub on a scratch. The oil stains the raw wood.
