Looks like Anagallis arvensis, Scarlet Pimpernel. But bird‘s eye views are notoriously difficult to id because we can’t see the stems or leaf attachment. If it were Thyme there would be a strong aroma when you rub a leaf. Is there?

Yep. Anagallis arvensis. Nice pix. We have the pipe for scale but if it weren’t there you’d need to put something like key or pen in to show the size. People often use a coin but that’s no use to people unfamiliar with particular currencies. Do come back if you have more mystery plants.

Thank you, again! I searched for Anagallis arvensis and it appears to be a pretty and charming plant but it also says it’s a weed. 😆 I‘d like to grow it out and see what type of flowers it blooms. If you have reasons to suggest I just pull it, please share...I’d really appreciate it!

It has small but pretty reddish orange flowers which close in dull weather. You have to get down close to appreciate them. It’s classed as a weed simply because it’s capable of spreading quickly by seed, isn't edible and doesn’t provide much of a show. But it’s up to you whether you regard it as such.
