Angled ceiling cabinet above fridge ideas?

We have a unique ceiling situation in which the space above the cabinets is a valley in the roofline, and it creates a boxed in triangle shaped area. It's big enough that we want to make a cabinet out of it in our smaller kitchen. All of our cabinets are made of exposed edge Europly Maple, and we'd like to have a cabinet built here to match that. We're just not sure how to come up with a creative door or system to fill this unique shape.

Who's creative out there? Any good ideas?

Ideas we've come up with:

The entire front of this open space looks like a split door down the middle from the top to the bottom, but only the right side is a functional door (so it can open properly without hitting anything). The downside to this idea is that things stored to the left will be hard to access.
Create a rectangular short split door, but only short wide things could be stored in there, and you'd have an open triangle above it (I don't like this aesthetic)
Other ideas? I've Googled this but can't find examples of this setup.

To anyone wondering, this is how it turned out. We're pretty happy with it. The left door is a dummy door because we took the cabinet maker at his assessment that the left door would hit the ceiling when opened. I have since measured it and it would not be an issue. That said, we might have hinges put on that door at some point in the future to make the space usable for wide objects (e.g., serving platters, etc).

The upper part of the triangle is essentially too high to be of any use. i suggest a level cabinet, two doors, across the bottom and a closed o\panel for the top. if you want you could make this triangle hav a door to permit you to store unbreakable items such as paper towels.

Yes, it's up there for any regularly accessed items, but we are okay with a step stool for rarely used items if it's usable.

Your idea seems to be our number 2 option with a panel to cover the opening, right?

If we did the rectangular doors, I do not believe the triangle could have a door. I'm not sure how it would open?

@User I do like that look. I have frameless style cabinets with an exposed edge Europly plywood wrap, so I'm not sure if that would affect the feasibility here. Here's what's on the opposite wall (yes, those are super tall uppers):

The cabinet installer had proposed an open back cabinet with two panels in the front and an exposed edge wrap detail (like on our other cabinets) to ensure clearance from the less than perfectly straight ceiling angle which is coming in at the cabinet at an angle. The thing is, the left pane is a dummy panel, so less usable for space. Like this:

Not sure how functional it'd be, but this could be an option: a long, rectangular door, hinged on top with a couple shocks to keep it opened. You could have the triangular space above open for decor, or make the whole thing a cabinet with a shallow shelf up above to lessen the awkward access.

I cannot tell from the photo how tall and deep the refrigerator is now so this may not be applicable. A built in refrigerator design like subzero etc with the compressor on top is usually @ 7’ tall, I would allow for that upgrade before custom cabinetry.

Odd space with too many odd angles.

I would leave it alone. It's kinda' interesting as is. Trying to fit a cabinet in is going to look muddled and contrived, I fear.
