Laundry Room Design Dilemma Entry

Hello! I have a very wide room behind my garage. I'd like to enclose part of it to make a mudroom/laundry room. However, if we are entertaining, guests make still need access to the sunroom or the stairs. How do I create a space that hides clutter and still looks cool?

Photo orientation: garage door on left, stairs on left just out of frame, sunroom ahead. Dining room area out of frame behind me. I'm not necessarily attached to the double doors or the window on the right (as we may be putting up walls here). This area is roughly 8 x 11.

can you draw up a floor plan? important to know dimensions of doors and windows and the direction of the stairs. Thanks.

Think this is more or less the option.
Moving the French doors over. And using the left side for the mudroom. Hard to picture the rest of the possibilities without more pictures and layout.
I wouldn’t think there’s going to be much room for the laundry and mudroom here. Is there space to eat out of the garage?

Here is a general idea of what I would do. Door out of mudroom would likely be next to stairs. So, front of this photo on left.

New hall created so that house/guests still have access to sunroom and stairway.
