I'm looking for recommendations on how to layout my kitchen. It's narrow. I don't think there's enough space for a fancy island 😕 We're thinking about puting in a patio door on the far side across from the stairs down to the basement and garage access and flipping the whole thing so the cupboards are on the opposite side. The room opens right into the living and dining room. What should we do with the pantry area? It's not very deep and can't be moved, there are stairs on the other side. How do we maximise counter space? How can we work with the open concept?
