What’s up with this salvia?

This is salvia May knight. It was planted about a year ago. As you can see the top one is ok despite a bit of hail damage, the bottom one started yellowing a few days ago. It gets a good amount of sun, shade late in the day. I’m in north Georgia.
Not sure if I should boost with some fertilize, if so what type.
