My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The floors were standard pre-finished white oak. I'll attach a photo of what they were called :)

      So the floors scratch easily? I have 4 dogs and prefer hardwood, but concerned.

      Not at all. We also have a dog. These floors were specificaly milled to have saw marks and distressing so dog, people, sand would not be an issue scratching them up.
