Parsley, chives and mint will all take lower light levels than any of the Mediterranean herbs. 4 hours should be fine for them.

I can second the chives and mint, both do well in shade for me. Also lemon verbena and lemon balm- lemon balm will be your bane if you don't contain it. I've had lovage, salad burnet, and chervil grow well in more shade.

I've always grown my parsley in full sun, along with cilantro, so dunno about those in shade. gardengal seems to know better than I on that one.

Dill is supposed to be OK in shade. I'm not sure about that. I grow it mostly in full sun, though a lot of it is in the "shady" understory of my tomatoes.

Sweet woodruff can grow in some shade, but I haven't gotten around to putting that one into the gardens yet, lol.
